An original production background from the Hanna Barbera animated series, "The Scooby-Doo Show" (1976-1978). Featuring a beautiful image of a chair next to a side table and a lamp, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled, "The Headless Horseman of Halloween" which aired on October 9, 1976. Measuring 11"x13" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor surface wear between cel overlay and background.
