This is an original hand painted cel used in the creation of the book "Water Babies and Other Stories". The cel has been framed to show the cover of the book, as well as the page the cel was used to develop. The overall framed piece measures 17.5" x 33.5" and the image on the cel measures 5.75" x 5.5". The cel is in excellent condition and has two layers with some of the line work and notes on teh cel overlay.
